Harold Flynn, President

Harold Flynn was appointed President of Zimmer Dental in August 2007. Prior to working at Zimmer, Mr. Flynn served as Vice President and General Manager of Abbott Hematology — a business unit of Abbott Laboratories, a global leader in human diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
Before his tenure at Abbott Laboratories, Mr. Flynn spent 14 years with IDEXX Laboratories, a global leader in veterinary, food, and environmental diagnostics, where he served as Director and General Manager of Hematology, and held managerial positions of increasing responsibility in Operations, and Research and Development. He began his professional career at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) as a new product engineer in networking and communications.
Mr. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono.
